Rachel is a STOTT PILATES® Senior Instructor who helps clients rebuild posture, body awareness, and confidence in movement. Her entry into Pilates began as a personal solution — working through tightness and recurring aches that developed through pregnancy, daily demands, and habitual movement patterns — and discovering that Pilates, practiced consistently and taught well, can change how the body feels and functions.

Posture, body awareness, and sustainable strength — especially for clients who feel “stuck,” tight, or unsure how to move well again.

She discovered Pilates through lived experience (pregnancy, daily load, and habitual patterns), so her coaching is grounded in what actually helps bodies change over time.

Fully certified in STOTT PILATES® and continuously develops her coaching through specialised workshops to support different bodies and needs.


Background

Rachel moved to Singapore and became a mother of two. With pregnancies, daily chores, and habitual movement patterns, she experienced recurring tightness through her shoulders, mid-back, hips, and knees. Pilates became a turning point — it helped resolve pain patterns while improving posture, strength, and overall ease of movement.

She pursued Pilates education across multiple schools to deepen her understanding and is now a fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor. In her pursuit of helping bodies with different needs, she continued developing through targeted workshops that support real-world clients and real-world limitations.

Rachel enjoys guiding clients toward better posture and body awareness — so they can move and feel better not only during sessions, but in everyday life.
