Phoebe Chan

Having learnt ballet from young, Phoebe loves exploring different sports and fitness classes to get moving! She tried out barre, yoga, boxing and HIIT but eventually fell in love with Pilates.

She chanced upon the Reformers and was entranced by how movements can be executed with both control and grace. Discovering Pilates has brought greater awareness to her form and she wants to help clients to understand their bodies better through their on fitness journey.

Phoebe believes that Pilates can be technical and fun at the same time. It is suitable for everyone with different needs and goals!
