Ong Xin Min
Xin Min is a passionate fitness enthusiast with a lifelong passion for sports and wellness. Her journey into the world of Pilates began when she experienced a profound sense of peace during Pilates classes, which eventually led her to becoming a Pilates instructor to help others achieve the same tranquility. Xin Min’s primary goal is to assist her clients in feeling more confident and empowered while building on their physical strength.
Xin Min’s sports journey started early; she began playing tennis at the age of eight. Her dedication and skills in the sport led her to a successful coaching career since 2018. Over the years, she has coached a diverse range of students across different age groups, focusing on improving their skills while instilling love for the sport.
In addition to her tennis coaching career, Xin Min is an avid runner. She actively participates in both local and international races yearly, consistently challenging herself to achieve personal bests and tackle longer distances. Her commitment to running is complemented by her use of Pilates exercises in her marathon training. By targeting specific muscle groups, Xin Min enhances her strength and performance in becoming a stronger runner in achieving her goals.
Xin Min’s extensive background in sports and deep understanding of body mechanics allow her to offer a unique perspective in each Pilates session. Through her expertise, Xin Min aims to empower individuals to achieve their best selves. She is committed to helping her clients reach their full potential by fostering both physical and emotional well-being.
