Phoebe’s teaching blends precision with ease — helping clients experience Pilates as both technical and enjoyable. With a background in ballet and a curiosity for movement, she coaches control, grace, and better body awareness that carries beyond the session.

Background
Phoebe learned ballet from young and loves exploring movement through different sports and fitness classes. After trying barre, yoga, boxing, and HIIT, she fell in love with Pilates — especially Reformer work — and how movement can be executed with both control and grace.
Pilates gave her stronger awareness of form, and she now helps clients understand their bodies better as they move toward their goals. She believes Pilates can be technical and fun at the same time — and suitable for different needs and goals.
