Xin Min brings a sports-coaching mindset into Pilates: calm, clear, and progressive. She first fell in love with Pilates because of the sense of peace it created — and now teaches to help clients feel more confident, empowered, and strong in their bodies.

Background

Xin Min’s sports journey began early with tennis at age eight, and she has coached since 2018 across different age groups. She is also an avid runner who participates in local and international races yearly, consistently challenging herself with longer distances.

Pilates supports her own training by targeting specific muscle groups for better strength and performance — and she brings that same clarity to her sessions, helping clients build both physical capability and emotional well-being.
