Irena coaches Pilates as a mind-body practice: strength with control, fluidity with intention. She discovered Pilates during her corporate years as a practical solution to tight hip flexors and rounded shoulders — and stayed because it improved both how her body felt and how her mind functioned.

Background
Pilates has been central to Irena’s journey toward holistic wellness and self-discovery. What started as a fitness routine became a long-term commitment to both physical and mental well-being. Regular practice helped address her corporate-day discomfort — and also improved clarity and focus.
Through consistent practice, she learned how “quiet muscles” — deep stabilisers — influence posture and movement quality, and now enjoys helping others experience that same shift in vitality and body awareness.
