After more than a decade in retail, she shifted into health and wellness through functional strength training and discovered Pilates as the missing piece: control, stability, and better mechanics that carry into daily life.

Background
Hazel began her wellness journey with functional strength training as a mother of two — initially to keep up with her children, then as something she genuinely looked forward to. Over time, she explored different modalities including boxing, running, and spin, and found that Pilates delivered the most complete results when paired with strength training.
Pilates became the missing layer: mindful movement across all planes, deeper core engagement, stability, and a clearer understanding of mechanics — benefits that extend far beyond the studio hour.
