*Although Pilates can be extremely beneficial for patients with certain injuries it needs to be specific to the individual and not used as a generic tool for everyone. Rehab-Clinical Pilates (as distinct to generic Pilates classes) identifies this key issue by applying carefully selected exercises to patients with specific injuries. This ensures optimal gains whilst minimizing the likelihood of injury aggravation. If you are interested in commencing Pilates for your injury, it is essential to have a review with a qualified pilates instructor to assess the suitability of the program for you.*

Your program can be tailored to your chosen sporting activity if required. You may also be provided with exercises and stretches to practice at home.
Depending on your experience level, injury or condition you may need to attend several one-on-one pilates sessions before booking into any small group reformer classes. You may also choose to continue with private one on one sessions, if they prefer.
