Wilda discovers Pilates few years back and she has never looked back since. It has brought her tremendous positive changes, physically and mentally; creating good body awareness, improving her posture, strength and flexibility. It has also reduced her backache and improves the quality of her daily life as she applies Pilates principles to all her exercise regimes.
She believes Pilates can be gentle and challenging at the same time. Pilates is suitable for everyone with different level of fitness as there are options for everyone. It can be tailored to each individual's needs, goals and progress.
She is well known as a gym rat who loves to exercise a lot as she believes that exercising generates “HAPPY hormones"! As what Joseph Pilates quoted, “Change happens through movement and movement heals." So, keep moving! One of her favourite quotes, “Don't expect a change if you don't make one. It doesn't get easier. You just get stronger."
Pilates is a life long journey for her and she continues to strive to be better each day. She pursued her Pilates Instructor certification at Pilatique Singapore, hoping to make a positive difference in people's life by sharing the benefits of Pilates to others.
