Tracy Tong - STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor
Tracy has experienced first hand the difference Pilates can make, it helped her overcome her own disc degenerative disease, improve her posture and quality of life. She started her STOTT PILATES instructor training as a ‘Pilates junkie’, with the hope of learning more. Today, as a STOTT PILATES certified instructor, Tracy pursues her passion for Pilates by teaching and sharing her knowledge and experience to inspire her clients to own a stronger body through better movement.
Tracy’s motto is that “if you only do what you can do, you’ll never be better than what you are”, and challenges herself to pursue new skills to become a better instructor. Undertaking continual training in various Stott Pilates workshops, Anatomy Trains, Myofascial Release, and Personal Training courses, she incorporates her learning in her sessions with clients to bring the best out of them.
