Michelle has been an avid fan and practitioner of Pilates since 2010. Starting off in
Matwork group classes, she made her foray to group Reformer classes when she
became pregnant in 2016, which deepened her love and belief in Pilates.
She loves how Pilates improves her sense of body awareness and increases overall
strength while being low-impact and concise.
The Reformer saw her through her pregnancy until she was finally banned from the
studio when they found out the baby was due in just a few weeks. Michelle
gives full credit to Pilates for her easy pregnancy, smooth delivery, and
Becoming a certified Pilates instructor was a dream she decided to make a reality in
2021 when she delved into the instructor training course with Pilatique Pilates
Michelle is working towards getting her full level certification in STOTT PILATES and
aspires to work with mummies and moms-to-be. She desires to empower them with
the freedom and strength to move, with or without a growing belly.

When not doing Pilates, Michelle is tending to her many plants at home, spending
time with her family, planning the next family holiday, crocheting, and cooking
for her loved ones.
