Wan Qi's journey as a pilates instructor took off when she started to see improvement in her posture (and backaches) after practices and she found herself really enjoying and looking forward to pilates classes. She was evidently addicted!
Having done sports rigorously previously (she was a competitive fencer), she really appreciates how Pilates can be gentle, yet challenging; and that control supersedes strength. She believes that we can all benefit from pilates through its dynamic exercises, and we can always have some fun while working on functional movements!
