Daphne is a certified STOTT PILATES Instructor, who is also trained in Pre and Post-Natal Pilates under The Center For Women’s Fitness.
Daphne started out as a client with the intention of improving her bad posture caused by scoliosis, which was further aggravated during her work as an air stewardess. She experienced first-hand the benefits of Pilates, and how Pilates leverage her health and fitness to a whole new level.
